It’s Your Turn Teachers as Facilitators. This workshop is not only for teachers but anyone in the role of facilitating meetings with peers. It is focused on the unique challenges that come with collaborative work. There is a delicate role of having responsibility for task completion without the authority to require participation of co—workers. This training is focused on five mindsets that support the facilitator and the groups resourcefulness. Mindsets inform how one sees, understands, and behaves. Mindsets greatly impact effective facilitation, engagement, and motivation to get work done.
